Terms and Conditions

1. Jivanjor Achievers Club Programme is designed exclusively for influencers such as carpenters, polishers, and contractors.
2. Call center services are operational from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday), excluding gazetted holidays.
3. The company retains the right to enroll participants in the Achievers Club Programme.
4. Accrued Jivanjor points remain valid until March 31, 2020.
5. All accrued Jivanjor points must be redeemed by March 31, 2020.
6. The images of gifts are for visual representation only; the actual prize may vary.
7. The company reserves the right to replace the mentioned slabs/gifts with alternative products/gifts.
8. Gift redemption is only permitted for eligible influencers with complete KYC verification.
9. An influencer can claim multiple gifts if they have a sufficient points balance.
10. Once a redemption is initiated, it cannot be changed or canceled.
11. The company does not provide any warranty or guarantee on the gifted articles once received by the influencer; however, manufacturer warranties will apply to selected products.
12. In case of any feedback on received gifts, please notify the call center within 3 days and do not accept any damaged packaging or products.
13. The rewards offered in the program are non-redeemable for cash.
14. Only an individual enrolled in the program is eligible to claim the gift.
15. The company has the authority to modify or withdraw the program without prior notice.
16. All disputes are subject to Noida jurisdiction only.
